GDPR and AI

The data protection officer (DPO) is responsible for ensuring the school is compliant with GDPR.  This post is held by our Local Authority advisor - Gerard Strong and is contactable via gerard.strong1@westberks.gov.uk

The DPO ensures the data protection principles are respected by preserving data subject rights, recording data processing activities and ensuring the security of processing.
